Registration/ Selling/ Buying

No. Registration is not mandatory if you are a buyer. You can explore various properties here and connec to the seller without registration. But to submit your requirement and to receive mail/message from us regarding property as per your requirement it is suggented to get registered.

For seller, registration is mandatory so as to enable you to upload your property.

It’s simple.

First register yourself  with  property99.in

Upload your property details like Area, Price, Location etc. along with some good photograph. If possible also upload a short video of your property.  If you do not want to disclose the price you may write Price on Request. But most of the buyer looks for the price also.

For buying registration is not mandatory. 

Simply go to the property you want to buy and contact seller directly from the mobile no/email provided along with the property. Negotiate the price with seller and finalize the deal. We are not a part of any Selling/Buying transaction.

Now a days most of the Apartment Builder provide loan assistance for purchasing of flat. For other property like Commercial property, Residential Land, Commercial Land, Agricultural Land loan also provided by most of the Bank/NBFC.

Generally a Bank Loan is approved within 15 days after submission of complete documents.
